Rosemary Bread...SOO GOOD!

1 Tbsp yeast
1 C warm Water
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp sugar
2 1/2 Cups flour
2 Tbsp Rosemary
Directions
1. Add all ingredients in a large bowl or mixer.
2. Knead for about 10 minutes by hand or 5 in a mixer. Mix until it looks smooth, you can add more flour if you need to.
3. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a a warm place for one hour or until doubled.
4. Punch down dough and divide in half. Let dough rest for 5 minutes.
5. Shape the dough into two small round oval loaves. Sprinkle a little rosemary over the loaves and press lightly into the surface.
7. Let loaves rise again until doubled, about 45 minutes.
8. Bake at 365 for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
9. Carefully remove from oven and brush with butter.
This seems a little labor intensive but it really was good and I can't wait to make it! She had olive oil and vinegar to dip in just like when you go to a nice Italian restaurant!!
