Carmelitas

2C Flour
2C oats
1.5C brown ugar
1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
2.5 sticks butter
1 jar Mrs Richardsons Butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
1 package milk chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients together, then pour melted butter over the mixture. Spread 1/2 of mixture onto a pregreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 17 min. Remove and pour 3/4 jar topping over mixture, package of chocolate chips, and then remaining mixture. Bake for another 17 min. at 350. Serve alone or with ice cream.
