6-8 corn tortillas
1 C sour cream
1 Can black beans
Medium onion
1 lb hamburger
1-2 packets of taco seasoning
2 c salsa
4 c Mexican or cheddar cheese
Brown meat with onion. add salsa, taco seasoning and beans. Layer tortillas, sour cream, meat mixture, cheese twice.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil and cook additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Top with chopped tomato, lettuce and black olives.
